2016 Already Has a Signature Weird Hair Trend: Glow-in-the-Dark Rainbow Locks

2016, you’re off to a radiant start.

Just last week we checked out the gold-leaf hair trend, and before that we were all about hair tattoos, glitter roots, and even the dude-friendly trend of glitter beards.

Now things are getting a little more luminous on the hair front thanks to hair-obsessives discovering Manic Panic’s glow-in-the-dark hair dye.
